Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unused and unworn condition wtih original tags and packaging within 14 business days from the day you receive your item(s),

Meaning, a quick try-on is cool — a multi-pitch or a hike is less cool.

To begin the returns process, please email returns@wearecoad.com with your order number and indicate your reason for exchange or return.

Exchanges

For exchanging your item for a different size, we recommend shipping back your apparel as a return and simultaneously putting in a new order for your updated size. This way, you can get the right gear to your front door faster!
OR
For exchanging your item for a different size for we are happy to offer return shipping for domestic orders on us! We'll send you a return label and ship out your new item as soon as we receive the original pants.

Returns

If you would like to return your item for the original form of payment, the cost of return shipping is $7. As soon as we receive your item and approve its condition, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment. This only applies to domestic returns only.

Please note for both exchanges and returns:
• All items must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 14 business days from the day you receive your item(s).
• After 14 business days all sales are FINAL.
• Once an order has shipped, Comfortable Adventures reserves the right to refuse any price adjustments.
• Postage costs are not refundable.
• Comfortable Adventures is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international shipments.
•Comfortable Adventures serves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
